until 24.10. | #5154ARTatBerlin | Sprüth Magers Berlin shows from Friday, 11. September 2026 (Opening: 10.09.) the exhibition “La città” by the artist Salvo.
In his singular body of landscapes, Salvo returns again and again to the same archetypal locations, each holding a universal familiarity. Through this gesture of repetition and refinement, the specific geographies of these recurring motifs dissolve, pushed to a point of “maximum tension” until they break free. The presentation in the Berlin gallery’s Window space, visible from the street outside, features paintings that dwell in the city, unfolding as a journey from the desolate outskirts to the pulse of the city centre.
Opening: Thursday, 10. September 2026, 6-10 pm.
