Lecture Matters of Activity - weißensee kunsthochschule

Under the title “MoA Talks”, the interdisciplinary lecture series of the Cluster of Excellence “Matters of Activity” is currently running at the weißensee kunsthochschule berlin. Image Space Material” (MoA). It presents scientific positions from the cluster. These lectures are open to the public.

First invited speaker in the winter semester 2019/2020 was Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Peter Fratzl. He heads the Department of Biomaterials at the Max Planck Institute for Colloids and Interfaces. Peter Fratzl spoke on Tuesday, 29 October 2019 on the topic of “Supporting and moving. Some construction principles of skeletal systems”.

The next guest is Prof. Dr. John Nyakatura, Professor of Morphology and History of Forms, Humboldt University Berlin. He will give a lecture on functional morphology and evolutionary biology on Tuesday, November 19, …
