Gwinner, Veronike Hinsberg, Manfred Holtfrerich, Jens Komossa, Anke Paola Neumann, Julia Pietschmann, Olaf Probst and Christine Reifenberger.

15 years of oqbo also means 15 years of paperfile. In this anniversary year, there will be another round in our space on Brunnenstraße. In 2023, paperfile will enter its 19th round. paperfile #19 complements the gallery’s drawing archive with works on paper by 9 artists. Another carefully selected mix of drawings, watercolours, digital prints, collages, cynotypes and many other forms of expression on paper.

Right from the first exhibition, oqbo began to build up a rapidly growing collection of works on paper with paperfile. To date, it has grown to over 200 portfolios of works on paper by international and national artists. paperfile stands for a fundamental orientation of the work with the project space: to promote communication among visitors, to bring together those who are unfamiliar with art and those who have an affinity for it, and to seek and make possible a dialogue between art and art viewers. Through this carefully selected mixture of works on paper, different views of art and art genres are aesthetically and discursively juxtaposed and brought into new contexts.

In addition to the new acquisitions, the paperfile also features new prints by Gabriele Basch, Matthias Beckmann, Michael Behn, Angela Bröhan, Christian Buchloh, Ruprecht Dreher, Marcel van Eeden, Nanne Meyer, Karin Sander, Birgit Werres, Markus Willeke and the oqbo artists Seraphina Lenz, Julia Ziegler, Michael Bause, Christian Bilger, Frank Eltner, Dirk Lebahn, among others.
