until 15.01. | #2298ARTatBerlin | axmann kunstgalerie presents from 1st December 2018 paintings by the French artist Daniel Therasse and the Italian artist Michela Crisotomi.
Gallery owner Otto Axmann briefly introduces both artists:
“Daniel Therasse was born in France in 1955. He has received various international exhibitions and awards, including the Prix de l’Assemblee. The art critic Luis Porquet (Une Vision Bouillonnante du Monde, 2013) compares Daniel Therasse with a social director who stages the daily life of people as a big, sometimes absurd carnival. He finds inspiration where life is concentrated. Be curious, look at his works of art. We cordially invite you.”
“From our international art scene we present the artist Michela Crisostomi, born 1976 in Italy. Michela Crisotomi studied at the Accademia Belle Arti in Florence. She graduated from the Orneore Metelli School of Art. In 2011 she received the Gold Award of the International Festival of Contemporary Art of the city of Sulmona. Various publications including Stemperando. Curated by Giovanna Bar-Bero in cooperation with Nationale d’Arte Contemperanea. Michela Crisotomi’s art can be seen in exhibitions worldwide. Discovery is her keyword. To interpret icon painting in a contemporary way. We look forward to your visit.”
Exhibition period: Saturday, 1st December to Tuesday, 15th January 2018
