until 20.12. | #2305ARTatBerlin | EIGEN + ART Lab currently shows the group exhibition CHEERS with artworks by artists of the last 12 month.

Does it always get worse? The feeling that the year has just rushed by? At the Lab, we are still reminiscing about mild summer evenings that promised to never end. And suddenly it is November. Most of the people just continue with their year and slide into the new one – often not knowing what is happening today and what has happened yesterday. But not with us! We want to review the last year: CHEERS is a group exhibition, with works by artists the Lab has realised projects with during the last 12 months.

The corporeality between the digital and the analog, the beginnings of media art, the artist as an influencer – we want to bring together all these topics another time. The Lab represents a new generation of artists that reflects upon the here and now. If you look at the here and now of one year, there is a lot to look at. We want to celebrate the chaos with you – maybe just to lift the dust a bit (maybe to get a clearer view): What has happened this year? What has moved the people? In the next couple of weeks the Lab invites you to discussions and talks. But also to say cheers! To a new and exciting year!

With work from:
Katie Armstrong, Johanna Bruckner, Charlotte Dualé, Martin Groß, Adam Harvey, Suah Im, Andy Kassier, Annkathrin Kluss & Florian Mehmeti Löffler, Alex Lebus, !Mediengruppe Bitnik, Anita Mikas & Markus Liehr, Ann-Kathrin Müller, Valeria Schneider, Shonah Trescott, Thilo Westermann
