From 2011 to 2018, the Humboldt Box was a temporary exhibition building on Berlin’s Schloßplatz opposite the Lustgarten in the Mitte district. During the reconstruction of the Stadtschloss and the installation of the Humboldt Forum, the box provided information about the history of the site and its museum concept for the future.
