The gallery zone B devoted itself with four exhibitions a year to the contemporary arts in photography, media art, painting, environment and sculpture. The exhibitions could be seen for three months each until 2015 in order to enable the artists as well as the viewers a sustainable way of dealing with art. A clear counterpoint in our fast-moving time. The gallery zone B was led by the Essen photographer Knut Wolfgang Maron and the photographer and native Rostocker Marc Grümmert.
The gallery was also known for its action “Kunsttüte”, which took up the principle of the Wundertüte. It contained art by one of the artists who were associated with the gallery, in short runs. A real opportunity for art collectors.
The gallery was located in Brunnenstraße in Berlin-Mitte.
