After his move to Germany following the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2021, Vasyl’s artistic focus shifted. The urban landscape became the new center of his painting, yet he continuously sought motifs that reminded him of his homeland. The works from this period reflect the transformation of his artistic perspective, bridging the gap between two worlds.
