until 22.10. | #3608ARTatBerlin| Galerie Inga Kondeyne – Raum für Zeichnung presents from 10. September 2022 the exhibition  “Wind im Weiss” (Wind in the White) by the artist Kazuki Nakahara.

This exhibition by Kazuki Nakahara runs under the title “Wind im Weiss”.

In the studio in front of his drawings, he speaks of the wind that he increasingly wants to let blow in drawings. He dissolves fields with diverse structural compositions, mysterious in their manifestations, which the viewer immediately wants to investigate more closely. Kazuki Nakahara speaks of the rows of characters penetrating the white without weight, free-floating. They have been freed by him from regularity. The white contains nothing subjective for him. It is something elementary into which the viewer can insert associations. Of course, Kazuki Nakahara has internalised in his thinking the fifth element anchored in Japanese tradition: emptiness. The artist lets the winds in his mind pass over the papers into the white and also makes the emptiness shine with the help of black charcoal lines that fly over his formats in contrast.
