The exhibition »Virta // Block« juxtaposes works by the Finnish photographers Ida Pimenoff and Aapo Huhta.

The artists are dealing with questions of presence and absence in everyday situations. Warmer, more colorful and closer to nature are  the works by Ida Pimenoff’s – in contrast to the more constructed, more graphic and desaturated photographs by Aapo Huhta. In the confrontation of both positions the viewer can receive a different view on the artists and their works.

Vernissage: Friday, 24th June 2016, 07:00 – 09:00 p.m. The artist will be present during the opening and will hold a book signing.

Exhibition period: Saturday, 25th June to Saturday, 3rd September 2016

ATTENTION: The gallery is closed from 1st to 23rd August 2016 due to summer holidays.
