until 07.11. | #2244ARTatBerlin | Galerie Verein Berliner Künstler shows from 13th October 2018 in cooperation with Lithuanian Artists Association (LDS) Vilnius and the Verein Berliner Künstler a binational exhibition under the title ATMOSFERA – Go west – Go east . Curated by Sandra Dastikiene (member of LDS Lithuanian Artists Association) and ameret (member of VBK and BBK Berlin).
Participating artists from Vilnius: Romualdas Balinskas, Saulius Dastikas, Mantas Maziliauskas, Virgis Ruseckas
Participating artists from Berlin: Ameret, Nele Probst, Evelyn Sommerhoff, Anita Staud
The curators were interested in the comparison and exchange of different approaches, orientations and themes, the artistic approaches. By juxtaposing works from Lithuania and Berlin, they enter into an artistic dialogue.

Invited by the ‘Marianne Werefkin Association’ in Vysuonos (Untena LT), the curators have one Exhibition concept, which includes the results of the discourses and selection of concrete works. The first presentations took place at the Werefkin Symposium on 15 July 2018 at the Werefkin Estate in Vysuonos and at the City Museum in Utena. From 17th August to 1st September 2018, the eight participating artists exhibited their work in the Dailininkų Sąjungos Galerija in Vilnius.
