Hilleckes Gallery

Hilleckes Gallery is founded in 2021 by gallery owner and art historian Bettina Hilleckes. Her love of narrative and figurative representation was centred on medieval and baroque painting during her student days and is still reflected in her fascination with contemporary art today. Her many years of experience in the art scene, which she gained as artistic director at Springer & Winckler, as founder and partner of art affairs as well as in important positions at other Berlin galleries, is reflected above all in her closeness and appreciative interaction with her artists. Quality and a trusting collaboration are essential for the gallery owner. In 2021, Bettina Hilleckes’ long-standing wish to open her own gallery has been fulfilled, starting with an exhibition entitled La Forma del Colore by the Italian artist Iginio Iurilli.

The gallery is located at Wielandstraße 30 in Berlin-Charlottenburg.
