Vitality & Silence” shows works by the artists Darko Lesjak, Olivier Messas and Berit-Kristina Weiss.

Olivier Messas

For Olivier Messas, painting in particular represents a perfect balance between spirituality and realism. It is a means to express his emotions, his cultural heritage but also his need to escape in colors, shapes and motifs. He finds inspiration in his many travels and encounters with different cultures. Over the years, Olivier Messas refined his style, which is now characterized by vibrant colors and clean lines.

Darko Lesjak

Darko Lesjak’s painting is inspired by the power and aesthetics of nature, which are reflected in his dynamic and colorful pictorial compositions. In his new series “Eisbach”, however, he surprises with reduced color tones and powerful figurative elements that leave a pensive, almost mystical impression.

Berit-Kristina Weiss

Berit-Kristina Weiss’s work is concerned with landscape painting in the broader sense and aesthetic positions that commonly underlie art. She is particularly interested in the realm beyond the zenith of beauty and perfection. Kristina was born in Berlin and completed her artistic and humanities studies there. She lives and works in Munich and Berlin.
