until 30.07. | #3489ARTatBerlin | Galerie mutare shows from 17. June 2022 the exhibition with multimedia installation (sculpture and animation) by the artist Jan Luis Gottwald and soundscapes by Paul Behnam.

Jan Luis Gottwald was born in Poland in 1994 and lives and works in Berlin. He first studied Film & Animation and is currently studying Fine Arts at the Berlin University of the Arts with a focus on sculpture. His primary form of expression is hybrid animation, in which he combines different media, from sculpture, drawing and puppet animation to 3D animation and digital composition. He builds miniature landscapes with organic architecture and creates imaginary inhabitants of these places. For the form of his constructs, he uses ceramics, metal, wax and materials found in nature.
