hyper-soft: double-down brings together works that hover at the threshold between the bodily, the psychological, and the architectural. Spanning drawing, installation, and painting, hyper-soft: double-down unfolds as a field of tension. On one hand, the works mirror a social anxiety embodied through architectural containment and repression. On the other, they pry open these conditions, gesturing toward flight, shelter, and ambiguity, as industrial materials and formal vocabularies are appropriated and transformed into gestures of tenderness.
