until 20.11. | #3142ARTatBerlin | ARTES Berlin shows from 15th September 2021 the exhibition “Kristallwelt” by the artist Bernd Zimmer.
The career of the painter Bernd Zimmer began in Berlin in 1977, when he co-founded the artists’ self-help gallery at Moritzplatz. Zimmer achieved his international breakthrough in 1980 after participating in the exhibition “Heftige Malerei” at the Haus am Waldsee in Berlin.

The exhibition presents works from the last 10 years that reflect the artist’s experiences of nature in the thematic fields of “Reflection”, “Crystal World” and “Everything Flows” and represent an ode to the element of water in all its aggregate states and its preciousness. In the cabinet we present parallel works from the series “1000 Mountains” by Felix Rehfeld.
