NEWS ++ Rosa Tharrats – We Are Full of Winds and Sea and Solar Threads – Kunsthalle Münster | 15.06.–21.09.2025

From 15 June 2025, the Kunsthalle Münster will present the solo exhibition Wir sind voller Winde und Meer und Sonnenfäden (We Are Full of Winds and Sea and Solar Threads) by Catalan artist Rosa Tharrats. This is the first presentation of her works in Germany. The exhibition addresses issues surrounding collective networks, sustainability and the relationship between humans and nature. These central themes run through Tharrats’ sculptural, installation, performative and cinematic works.

Tharrats’ practice invites us to question our own relationship to the world and to recognise the inherent value of each element as a reminder of the cycles of life. Her works reflect processes of transformation, symbiosis, composition and permeability between the visible and invisible, the microscopic and macroscopic.
