Ball der Künstlerinnen - Camaro Haus

The Camaro Haus invites you to the Ball der Künstlerinnen (Ball of Women Artists) on 18 June 2022. Today’s Camaro Haus was built in 1893 as a drawing and painting school for the Verein der Berliner Künstlerinnen 1867 e.V.. It was the first art school for female artists in Germany. Legendary masquerade balls took place in these premises 130 years ago. The Camaro Haus continues this tradition and celebrates the pioneering women of the past and present.

Women artists of the VdBK take part in this colourful and exuberant evening full of interesting encounters as a living work of art. On the programme are: Premiere of an intermedial composition, the catwalk of the artworks, …
