Galerie Schwind in Berlin came into being in 2011 – as an extension of the gallery premises and activities already existing in Frankfurt/Main (since 1989) and Leipzig. Galerie Schwind’s headquarters are now in Leipzig.
Until 2016, Galerie Schwind was located at Auguststraße 19. The photo still shows these old gallery premises.
Since May 2016, Galerie Schwind has been located just a few steps away in new premises at Große Hamburger Straße 1 in Berlin-Mitte.
