Aanant & Zoo closed the gallery in autumn 2017, focusing on abstract, conceptual and minimalist art, which critically examined the written word. Its artists often worked intermedially. The spectrum of the exhibited works therefore ranged from paintings, drawings and sculptures to complex installations.
The gallery was located in Bülowstraße in Berlin-Schöneberg.
