On April 16, 2020, the first Berlin galleries announce to ART@Berlin that they will soon reopen their premises to the public in accordance with the security regulations. Since April 21, the number of these announcements has risen significantly.
Due to different personal factors, however, the galleries do not open at the same time. And the opening hours have also been temporarily modified by some gallery owners.
We would like to give you the best possible overview of the various opening situations and update this list at regular intervals in our extensive Corona-Special on DEEDS.WORLD. You will find all reopenings marked with +++ NEW +++.
In many galleries there is a restriction on admission due to the size of the room: only two people at a time. In addition to strict hygiene rules, all galleries place particular emphasis on the most important criterion for preventing infection, the minimum distance of 1.5 m, for the safety of visitors and staff.
The current exhibitions of the Berlin galleries, whether they are open now or still closed, can be found on ART@Berlin. Missing exhibitions of galleries that are mentioned in the DEEDS article are due to the fact that these galleries have not yet provided us with any or not sufficient exhibition information. In this case, please contact the respective gallery directly.
