EIGENHEIM Weimar/Berlin was founded in Weimar in 2006 as a space for contemporary art and communication. Since 2015, EIGENHEIM Weimar/Berlin has had a permanent branch in Berlin, since mid-September 2018 at Kantstraße 28 in Charlottenburg (formerly Linienstraße). Since 2023, the gallery has shifted the focus of its exhibition activities to Weimar. Temporary exhibitions continue to take place at various locations in Berlin. In addition to classic solo and group exhibitions, regular concerts and readings, curated themed exhibitions are realised with a variety of partners.
