WHITECONCEPTS was founded by the curator and cultural manager Nicole Loeser in of 2009. The mission of WHITECONCEPTS was to cultivate an exchange about ideas concerning international contemporary art. In close collaboration with artists, it was developing and organizing art projects with international collectors, enterprises and institutions. They also offered a professional management to young and emerging artists.
The gallery was located on Auguststraße in Berlin-Mitte, it shared the rooms with the Aquabit Art gallery.
